Welcome to the Karawatha Service Station. This project is more than just a service station; it is a multi-functional hub catering to the needs of modern travellers, combining convenience, efficiency, and comfort – designed and constructed by SBP Australia for Hatia Property Corporation Pty Ltd.
Situated on a 6,789m2 greenfield site in Karawatha, a bustling suburb in southern Brisbane, the service station is strategically positioned along a major east-west road with a daily traffic flow of approximately 24,000 vehicles. At every step of the project, SBP Australia’s design and construct services considered the safety and amenity needed to ensure this prime location will thrive as an essential stop for both drivers and commercial vehicles.

- Innovative Design: The facility includes a 300m2 service station, a 180m2 retail convenience store, and a fast-food drive-through with 13 bays, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

- Extensive Amenities: With 32 parking spaces and comprehensive facilities for both vehicles and trucks, the station is perfectly equipped to handle high traffic volumes.

- Smart Fueling Solutions: Featuring two underground fuel storage tanks with multiple compartments, four canopy-covered car fueling lanes, and three canopy-covered truck fueling lanes, the station guarantees quick and efficient service.

- Quality Construction: SBP delivered a full fit-out for the service station and a warm shell for the fast-food restaurant, incorporating tilt panel installation and extensive structural steelwork.
